Chris Christenson to serve as a business court judge in the 7th Circuit Court in Genesee County. The former Flint trial attorney became a Family Division judge in January 2021. Judge Christenson, who was recently reelected to the State Bar of Michigan’s Board of Commissioners, is a former chair of the State Bar’s Young Lawyers Section and a past president of the Genesee County Bar Association. He served on the board of the Centennial American Inn of Court and Legal Services of Eastern Michigan and is a member of the Centennial American Inn of Court and the Friends of Berston Field House’s board of commissioners. Judge Christenson earned his law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. His term expires April 1, 2025.
