I CAN’T REACTIVATE MY SURVEY

Your survey is closed and the Reactivate survey button is greyed out. This
article will clarify why.


RENEWING A SUBSCRIPTION

Subscriptions are set to auto-renew, so there is no action on your part
required. The account and billing admins will receive an email alert 30 days
before the subscription ends.


WHAT HAPPENS IF I REACH THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF RESPONDENTS INCLUDED IN MY
SUBSCRIPTION?

When your pricing plan volumes drop below 10%, you automatically receive an
email alert. This gives you a chance to buy extra packs of the item you need.


FOLLOW THE USAGE WITHIN YOUR PRICING PLAN

Monitor your subscription or survey volumes in real time.


LEFT-OVER ITEMS AT THE END OF A SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD

A subscription runs for one year. Any left-over items such as respondents and
emails not used at the end of the subscription period, expire.


UPGRADING OR CANCELING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

CheckMarket offers several pricing tiers to give you the flexibility to choose a
plan and format that’s right for you.


UPGRADING YOUR FOREVER FREE PRICING PLAN

You can change your trial survey into a paid survey in two ways: by upgrading
the trial survey to a paid survey or by copying it.


WHEN DOES MY SUBSCRIPTION START?

When you order a subscription it will become active immediately. When opting for
invoicing the subscription becomes active after approval from our finance
department.
