Eric Chow is VP of Finance at Kodiak Robotics. Prior to joining Kodiak, Eric
spent over a decade focused on developing and executing M&A strategy at Visa, HP
and Microsoft. He began his career with Lazard’s Technology, Media and Telecom
Mergers and Acquisitions practice. Eric earned a Bachelor of Science in Business
Administration at the University of California’s Berkeley Haas School of
Business.

As CFO, Aglika is responsible for the financial strategy and management of
Riskified’s finances and leads financial planning and analysis, accounting,
treasury, investor relations, legal and administration. Prior to joining
Riskified in 2014, she served as associate director at the NYC University
Central Office of Budget and Financial Planning. Aglika volunteers as the
Treasurer for the Tutoring Initiative, a nonprofit organization.

Clara Fain is the Chief Financial Officer at Via, a TransitTech software company
transforming the way cities move in more than 35 countries globally. Prior to
joining Via, Clara was a private equity investor at Goldman Sachs in New York
where she invested across all stages and asset classes. She is an active
investor and advisor to several technology start-ups and she serves as a
founding and steering committee member of The F Suite, our community platform
for CFOs of leading venture capital funds and high growth technology companies.
Clara holds a BS and MSc in Engineering from Ecole des Mines de Paris, a leading
French engineering school, and lives in New York City with her husband and three
kids.

With 15+ years of experience, the bulk of that has principally been in SaaS with
a focus on enterprise infrastructure and dev tools. Brian has led finance,
accounting, and operations for Bandwidth.com, Ansible, Anchore, Code Climate,
and now Tidelift. Growing early stage startups has become Brian's passion.
Brian brings a unique, cross-functional approach to finance and accounting, as
he believes it's the role's responsibility to help others do more and make
better decisions. Brian does that by leading with intellectual curiosity and
empathy. He also feels it's his responsibility to mentor, educate, and learn
from my peers in product development, engineering, and sales and marketing, so
that they can collectively build a strong business and culture. Just as much as
it is his responsibility to balance the books or build a financial model.
Success requires going the extra mile to help focus the analysis or
decision-making process for the team. It can't be achieved by simply signing up
for a bunch of tools, building a spreadsheet, or hiring a large team.
Brian looks forward to continuing building relationships with the rest of The F
Suite Community--learning from shared experiences, growing together, and
building a thriving community of operational finance leaders.

As Chief Financial Officer, Lindsey oversees Capitolis’ financial activities,
including financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, corporate
governance, reporting, and m&a.
Lindsey started her career at Morgan Stanley in Equity Capital Markets before
expanding into Fixed-Income Capital Markets. After Morgan Stanley, Lindsey
worked at MediaMath, Inc., a fast-growing AdTech startup where she held
positions in Finance, Revenue, Professional Services, Operations and served as
the international Head of Finance.
Lindsey views Finance as the heart and veins of an organization; serving a more
strategic position than traditional school of thought. Having worked and lead
teams at both startups and large financial institutions, she understands the
risk and operational similarities and differences. Lindsay is passionate about
driving efficiency and scale whilst leading with strong purpose, mission, and
vision.
Lindsey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of
Southern California's Marshall School of Business. She resides in New Jersey,
with her husband Nikolas, and son, Carter. Outside of work, Lindsay enjoys
travel, adventuring the Northeast with her family, snowboarding, reading, and
needlepoint. If Lindsey were to give three pieces of advice to her younger self,
she would say: be unapologetically curious, be greedy about your career, and
challenge the norms.
