COMFORTABLE STAY WITH GOOD LOCATION
The hotel provided a comfortable stay. Excellent customer service by the
night manager helping with getting settled. Breakfast was very good, and
the food staff was exceptional and super friendly.

Facility is old & run down
Not close to the standard set by the typical Marriott
When my teenage daughter walked in to the hotel she asked “ This is a
Marriott??”

ONE OF MY WORST STAYS IN A MARRIOTT PRODUCT
Lost points reservation and a smoked in room. Later sprayed down with
chemicals to hide the smoke smell.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I had the wrong date for my check in. Somehow they have that I did a mobile
check-in which I would not since I was not staying there. I am not sure
what happened. I tried talking to the manager on multiple occasions but she
would never talk to me, only her employees would talk to me. As a very
loyal customer I would think the manager would take a few minutes to speak
with me but apparently she did not feel like it.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I am truly sorry
that I was unavailable to speak to you directly when you called but we
do put responsibilities in the hands of our front desk associates to
handle. Each of our associates are trained to respond to first tier
issues and in your case, it was this level. Our front desk associates
are all professional and competent with the knowledge of our company's
policies. Your first reservation did appear in the mobile dashboard for
the request of mobile check-in. This check in was processed
successfully and we were not notified by you that day that this was
incorrect. Therefore, the charges are applicable. I do apologize for
your frustration, but we do have company guidelines and policies that
we are required to follow. Again, we appreciate your time and hope you
continue to choose Marriott for your hotel accommodations.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!
Very disappointing stay. I am disabled and reserved a accessible room with
a roll in shoer.. According to my reservation, those accommodations were
guaranteed. Well, the hotel did not honor that request.
