   I am extremely happy with the speech and occupational therapy services
   provided by IICA speech.
   
   My son has benefited tremendously from the therapies provided at this
   location. We have had online speech therapies that were extremely effective
   
   The on-site Occupational therapy has been really effective and educative for
   parents as well.
   
   They have helped in improving writing skills, painting and other gym-based
   activities that help in improving balance.

   My son saw Miss Anna for zoom ST sessions for about 4 months. Anna was
   enthusiastic and worked well with our needs. However, the part that made me
   change provider is the administrative staff.
   
   -I asked to change the frequency to once a week rather than twice a week as
   my son attends daycare full time and after a long day all he wants to do is
   relax and play. The admin office states that's not possible as the initial
   rec was twice a week, otherwise they would have to discharge my son.
   -We had a session that couldn't be held due to us being in a public place and
   another session where I just wanted parent teaching as dad and I were out on
   a once a year date night. The office charges a no show fee of $95 and I told
   them I did show up on time but my son was not present.
   
   As the parent of a 2.5 year old child, I don't understand why parent teaching
   is not possible. If we were having a normal session my son would just watch a
   video and repeat some words anyway. For the young ones, parent involvement is
   far more important than zoom sessions.
   
   The last draw was an email from the director of admin services stating "I
   will waive the fee this time, however should there be another no show a fee
   will be charged as well the account audited for attendance and possibly
   discharge." As a paying client, I don't need to be threatened with attendance
   audit or discharge as I can easily find another provider to work with my son.
   
   I highly recommend the administrative staff to take a communication training
   course so they don't lose future clients.

   We are not happy with seeing different therapists. They are not allowing us
   to see the same speech therapist twice a week although therapist is
   available. Therapies are not being efficient. There are so many therapist
   with no patients. I guess this is why they are not allowing to see the same
   therapist twice a week. I am so frustrated.

   My son has been with IICA for a couple of years now and we have had nothing
   but great experiences. I figured out that as long as I communicate with them
   about the situation they have always gone above and beyond to work and take
   care of us. Having a child with special needs is hard, but finding a team to
   help support you through the day-to-day struggles is always a blessing.

   Not a good place for family who really needs help. A few of families with
   more severe Autism kids have left this place in recent months. Like any
   speech clinics nowadays, they are no lack of customers. However, this place
   runs more like a business than anywhere else, they like easy customers who
   are easy to treat or do not have much demand for quality.

   My son Rafael started speech therapy IICA with Celia in March 2021 when he
   was almost 2 1/2. I wondered how they could keep a 2 year-old's attention on
   Zoom but WOW, our first class with Celia couldn't have been more impressive.
   She played with cars on a green screen while narrating what she was doing. My
   son cried when the video call was over.
   
   Then we started 2 sessions a week, one with Celia and the other with Ian.
   Were we that lucky to get 2 excellent therapists or are all the therapists
   here this good?
   
   Ian used really fun toys in our sessions as he narrated what he was doing and
   would offer Rafael to fill in the blanks. Ian kept his attention on zoom,
   made it fun and enriching and got him to participate and says words. Ian is
   so good-natured, patient and friendly. I highly recommend him! We miss him!
   
   We used IICA for the 20 sessions my insurance covered and now SARC is
   covering my son's sessions at a different place. The method used by Ian and
   Celia at IICA far exceeds other methods I've seen at the current place I'm at
   and at another one I tried previously.

   My son has been going to speech for about two years now. When it was in
   person, he really enjoyed going and the therapists were very nurturing and
   engaging as he is quite an energetic kid.
   
   Now that everything is virtual, the therapists have adapted well and keep to
   the same schedule well. My son is already used to zoom classes, so the change
   was not hard here. They use fun material to keep the kids engaged while
   monitoring issues your kid may be having.
   
   If you have a little one, I highly recommend this place and to start early so
   your child can address these things when they are young and can more
   successful as they grow up.

   top notch, you can tell they sincerely care. I feel like I found them just in

   We have been seeing Amy for 4 years. She's been able to connect with our
   child and help him make so many positive changes in his life. On occasion we
   have seen other therapists. All of the therapists we have worked with have
   also been caring and fun and my son is happy to go for his treatment.  I

   My daughter has been doing virtual classes for almost a year and the
   improvement we've seen on her it's just amazing! Big thank you to Ms.Tyler
   and Ms.Celia For Always being so patient with my daughter and for always
   making her smile and laugh, she looks forward to her classes every week. IICA
   Speech always goes beyond for everything, They sent my daughter a birthday
   card back on her birthday and she started crying because they remember her
   birthday and they made her feel very special. There's days where my daughter
   isn't paying attention 100% and they always communicate with her to see what
   is the issue or if there's something she would like to differently. I will
   definitely recommend IICA Speech To My Friends And Family

   My son was doing speech with Ian and Ariana since November of 2020 sadly now
   that he's in person learning we're no longer able to do it via zoom. Just
   want to give a huge shoutout and thank you to Ian and Ariana for all your
   hardwork and time spent with my son. He's made big leaps in his communication
   and sign skills and as a parent I've learned a lot of pro tips from you both.
   I wish you well and nothing but the best thank you guys for everything. We
   definitely miss our weekly sessions already .
