 * Information you provide - When you sign up for a memberplanet Account or
   other memberplanet Service that requires registration, we ask you for
   personal data (such as your name, address, email address, telephone number,
   an account password or similar identifying information). In using our
   Services, you may also provide us with another individual’s personal data.
   For example, in creating a fundraising flyer for your alumni group, you may
   provide the personal data of fellow alumni so that they may be contacted
   using our Services. In addition, for certain Services, such as payment
   processing, we request credit card or other payment account information. If
   you choose to correspond with us through email and/or support and suggestion
   tickets, we may retain the content of your email messages and/or tickets and
   our responses.Lastly, we may combine the information you submit under your
   account with information from other memberplanet Services or third parties in
   order to provide you with a better experience and/or to improve the quality
   of our Services.

 * Social Media –We may collect personal data about you when you use our Social
   Media.

 * Cookies (or browser cookies) – Unless you have adjusted your browser setting
   so that it will refuse cookies, we may issue cookies when you direct your
   browser to our Services. A cookie is a small file placed on the hard drive of
   your computer. We use cookies to improve the quality of our Services by
   storing user preferences and tracking user trends, such as how people move
   through the Website. You may refuse to accept browser cookies by activating
   the appropriate setting on your browser. However, if you select this setting
   you may be unable to access certain parts of our Services.

 * Log information/Information Automatically Collected - When you access our

 * Affiliated sites - We offer some of our Services in connection with other

 * Links - memberplanet may present links in a format that enables us to keep

memberplanet processes personal data only for the purposes described in this
Privacy Policy and/or the supplementary privacy notices for specific services.
In addition to the above, such purposes include:

unsubscribe by responding to the email (sent via the subscription services) with
"STOP" or "UNSUBSCRIBE". Please make sure you identify which group/association
you would like to discontinue receiving emails from.

We may use your information to contact you and/or the recipients you have
designated to receive content via SMS messages. You and the recipients (as
applicable) are responsible for all messaging and data charges that may apply.
You and the intended recipients can opt-out of receiving SMS messages by texting
"STOP" at any time in response to a SMS communication.

memberplanet processes personal data on our servers in the United States of
America. In some cases, we process personal data on a server outside your own
country. We may process personal data to provide our own Services. In some
cases, we may process personal data on behalf of and according to the
instructions from your member organization or our advertising partners.

If you are asked in an email communication or in a survey to provide your social
security number or credit card information, please do not provide it.Only
provide your credit card information as part of completing a purchase or payment
through the Website.

CHOICES FOR PERSONAL DATA

When you sign up for a particular Service that requires registration, we ask you
to provide personal data. We will not use such information in a manner
materially different than the purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy and/or
in the supplementary service privacy notices, without your consent.

INFORMATION SHARING

memberplanet shares personal data only with other companies or individuals
outside of memberplanet in the following limited circumstances:

 * We provide such information to other companies or individuals to fulfill the
   purpose for which you provide it.
 * We provide such information to contractors, service providers and other third
   parties we use to support our Services and who are bound by contractual
   obligations and/or applicable data privacy and security laws to keep your
   personal data confidential, including our third-party service providers who

 * Segment (formerly Segment.io): Segment does not disclose the data it

   undisclosed), PII (PII collected via third parties). Amplitude may share data

 * Facebook for Developers (formerly Facebook Connect): Facebook for Developers
   collects: anonymous data (ad views, analytics, browser information, cookie
   data, date/time, demographic data, hardware/software type, internet service

   data (IP Address (EU PII), search history, location based data, Clickstream
   Data, PII (name, address, phone number, email address, login, EU- IP address,

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY PROTECTION

memberplanet takes special care to protect the privacy needs of children under
the age of 13 and we encourage parents to be an active participant in their
child’s online activities. memberplanet abides by the Children’s Online Privacy
Protection Act (COPPA) and other relevant laws. The Website does not target and
is not intended for children under the age of 13, and memberplanet will not
knowingly collect personal information from them. If memberplanet discovers
personal data from a child gathered through the Website, without parental
consent, memberplanet will eliminate that data. If you are under 13 you must ask
a parent or legal guardian for permission prior to submitting any information to
this website. 

This website is not intended for persons under the age of 18.

We may have Social Media pages and/or accounts on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram
and other Social Media platforms which permit you to post public messages or

connection with it) and is not covered under this Privacy Policy.Please refer to

We reserve the right to remove any posting or content in a posting on our Social
Media pages in our sole and absolute discretion; however, we have no obligation

If required by applicable law, memberplanet will comply with your request to
obtain a copy of the information you have shared through our services.If
provided for by applicable law, you have rights to obtain a copy of some of the
