Engage LJM Plumbing to quote on renewing waterline from mains to house
(recommended by Brisbane Plumbing and drainage) due to water pressure drop.
After hearing the story, Andy did a simple methodical troubleshooting and
enabled him to locate the blockage in main pipe line and did repairs. Saved me
tons of $$ and a very honest hourly charge out rate. Previous company charge me
nearly twice as much for just doing a water pressure check at mains and house.
Very highly recommended.

We recently had major drainage works carried out by the team from LJM and we
couldn't be happier with the whole process and end result. The job went smoothly
and everyone involved in the works were lovely to deal with, worked really hard
and did a wonderful job cleaning up afterwards. The gentleman who operated the
digger was a real maestro! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I had an extremely blocked toilet due to tree roots.

LJM sent Jacko one of their Plumbers to fix the toilet.

Jacko was on time, polite, respectful and advised me what needed to be fixed.

Jacko is a great represtation for this Company.

I would recommend this Company to anyone wanting gold old fashioned service.

The Ladies they have taking calls are an absolute delight as well. Very polite,
cheerful and well spoken.

I’m sorry the review is so late but I can’t thank Andy and Jackson more for the
massive blockage they fixed! They did such a great job and ere extremely
professional. There is nothing worse than having the house flood with toilet
water and the boys definitely came to the rescue and quickly fixed the problem.

Horrible service, has taken numerous telephone calls to get service and a quote,
unless you have a big job they aren't interested in you. Poor customer service.
Never get back to you. I always had to ring them and chase up a quote. After 3-4
months they decide to tell me on ringing them that they aren't interested in the
job!! I also had to find out the profile of the gutter as they couldn't find it!
POOR COMPANY NEVER RECOMMEND to ANYONE!!!

After serious seepage issues at our house, we hired LJM to install a proper
drainage system. With our lower floor being almost fully below ground, this made
for a difficult job considering how deep the trenches had to be to reach below
slab level. We cannot praise Liam, Troy and the whole LJM team enough. The hard
work, professionalism and attention to detail on display throughout the job was
outstanding. They kept us fully informed on progress and if any problems were
exposed via their digging, they were quick to suggest the best solution to fix
it and keep the job moving forward. In the middle of the job our yard (by
necessity) looked like a scene from the Battle of the Somme; but once finished,
they left it beautifully smoothed and sloped ready for us to turf. We offer our
heartfelt thanks to all involved, and would not hesitate in recommending them to
anyone.
