Your Terms and Conditions are being updated

Hello,

We need to advise you of an important change to our Terms and Conditions, which
provides you with more rights relating to cancelling your service.

New Ofcom regulations are coming into effect from 17th June 2022, which is as a
result of an EU Directive known as the European Electronic Communications Code
(EECC). We have updated our Terms and Conditions to reflect this.

What this means for you
We’re introducing updated Terms and Conditions from 17th June 2022.

This means that you may have more frequent opportunities than you currently do
to cancel your service where we make certain changes to it, without having to
pay any Cancellation Charges (although you may still have to pay charges related
to hardware which we have provided to you). If you are currently on bespoke
terms or a framework agreement which is not based on our standard terms, please
be assured that the more favourable terms will prevail.

We’ll continue to notify you of any service affecting changes to your service
