SOLUTION PRESENTED BY PJ GOUPIL A lifestyle-oriented Food Hall concept that anchored the commercial space at the heart of the office complex re- development. It features a multi-brand tenant mix with 12 fast-casual counters, 3 sit-down restaurants and 2 bar areas. It embraces the 20+ million annual foot traffic (pre-COVID) in the mass-transit corridor surrounding the food hall, while providing a sense of calm & prestige to the occupants. Its design is aimed at the young professionals representing the bulk of the 11,000 workers while incorporating noble finishes and star chef signed menus to please the C-Suite. The space formerly occupied by a movie rental store & hair salon was now revitalized as a entertainment destination attracting white-collar after-work professionals for diner, followed by university students at night. The eclectic design was selected in the 2017 Restaurant & Bar Design Awards and was applauded for its unique use of the space.
