Wuxi Jiangnan Cable Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”)a
National Key High and New Tech Enterprise specialized in production, sales and
research on cables & wires. It is a national customer satisfaction benchmark
enterprise, "Top 500 China's Manufacturing Industry", "Top 500 China's Private
Enterprises", "Top 500China's Machinery Industry", and "Top 500 China's Energy
Groups", "China's Quality Integrity Enterprise". The "Wu Cai" brand was awarded
the title of "Top 500 Asian Brands" and "Internationally Famous Brands Focused
on Cultivation and Development in Jiangsu Province". 

 

The company covers an area of more than 650,000 square meters, with a
construction area of 400,000 square meters, and total assets of more than 8
billion Yuan. There are more than 2,200 employees, among them, junior and senior
technical and managerial personnel account for more than 30% of the total number
of employees. There are more than 1,500 sets of domestic and foreign advanced
production and testing equipment, including the VCV vertical type and CCV
catenary type ultra-high voltage cross-linked cable production lines from
Finland Maillefer Company, and the coiling and frame twisting equipment from
Germany Sket and, France Pourtier Company, wire drawing production line and 120
extruder from Italy Frigerio Company, and ultra-high voltage cable partial
discharge detection system from Switzerl and HAEFELY, etc.

 



 

The company has passed ISO9001 Quality Management System, ISO14001 Environmental
Management System, ISO45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System,
ISO10012 Measurement Management System, GB/T29490 Intellectual Property
Management System Certification, etc. The products have obtained International
Certification including CE, SABS, RoHS, CB, TUV Rheinland, etc. The company
mainly produces products of more than 100 varieties and more than 40,000
specifications in three categories, including power cables up to 500kV,
electrical equipment cables, and bare wires up to 1100kV. The Company can also
customize special wire and cables for users with various special performance
requirements. The company's flexible mineral insulated fireproof cables,
photovoltaic cables, electric vehicle charging cables, locomotive cables, UHV
supporting heat-resistant expanded conductors and other special cables are well
received by the market and users.

 

The company has strong scientific research strength, with a National
Post-Doctoral Scientific Research Station, Jiangsu Enterprise Academician
Workstation, Jiangsu Enterprise Technology Center, Jiangsu Special Cable and
Applied Engineering Technology Research Center, and a laboratory assessed by the
National Accreditation Service (CNAS). At the same time, it has established a
close cooperative relationship with major domestic research institutes. For
series conductors of UHV transmission lines, the highest voltage level can reach
DC±1100kV and AC 1000kV, and the maximum cross section can reach 1840mm2."The
conductor and cable with identification function and the conductor preparation
method and forming device", innovatively apply permanent unique identification
mark on the conductor, successfully solved the problem of the conductor
anti-counterfeiting requirement in a foreign region. The company currently has
177 valid patents, including 17 invention patents, undertaking more than 30
provincial and municipal scientific and technological projects; participating in
the formulation of more than 50 national and industry standards.
