HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT STD TESTING & TREATMENT AT OUR HEALTH CENTER:

Many STD tests require a genital and pelvic exam. A trained expert physician
provides confidential (private) testing for HIV and counseling and is sensitive

WALK-IN STD TESTING SERVICES

We provide comprehensive urgent care services for STDs, such as Rapid tests
(results in 30 minutes) for HIV, Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, and Trichomoniasis, as
well as regular tests for HIV, Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, trichomonas, Herpes 1 and
2, Hepatitis B and C, and Syphilis. For immediate, fast, and comprehensive STD

If we do not accept your health insurance

We accept some but not all health insurance plans. If you have health insurance
that we don’t accept, your office visit will cost $90 if you pay with a credit
card or $84 if you pay cash. Fees for all necessary tests will be covered by
your health insurance (even if we don’t accept it for office visit charges)
because we have contracts with big national labs (Quest, Northwell, Labcorp) and
will send your tests to a lab that is “in-network” for your health insurance.

We offer affordable pricing and are happy to take on patients who are currently
without medical insurance. Our office visit fee is $90 (credit) or $84 (cash).
This fee is charged for every visit. All patients are seen by the doctor.
Additional fees apply if testing is necessary. All tests and fees will be
discussed in advance.

For some STD tests, you can pay our office directly. For others, you’ll get a
bill from the lab that did the test, and you’ll need to pay the lab.

Tests that can be paid for in our office — no bills will be sent to your home.
 * Syphilis – $50.00
 * Chlamydia and Gonorrhea (both) – $120.00
 * HIV – $60.00
 * Herpes (1 and 2) – $70.00
 * Or full panel STD tests – $220.00 (all of the above tests included)
 * Rapid HIV test* is.$65.(credit) or.$60.(cash)

*No office visit fee applied if you just getting the Rapid HIV testing alone and
no consultation is necessary.
Tests that will be billed by the lab—bills will be mailed to your home address.*

You can’t pay for the tests below in our office. You will get a bill from the
lab and will need to pay the lab directly.

If you have health insurance that we don’t accept

We accept many — but not all — health insurance plans.

If we don’t accept your health insurance plan (which means we don’t have a
contract with your health insurance company), don’t worry—we can still see you.

You will pay our affordable office visit fee of $90 (credit) or $84 (cash).
Charges for any necessary tests (such as blood, urine, or swab tests or any
radiology test) or treatment* will be covered by your health insurance—just as
if you’d been seen by an “in-network” doctor.





How?

For lab tests, we use big companies such as Quest, Northwell, and LabCorp. These
are big national labs, and they accept all health insurance plans.

For the prescriptions, you can use your regular pharmacy (or select one you
like). Most big chain pharmacies accept all health insurance plans, so
prescription charges will very likely be covered.

*There may be an additional charge by our clinic if you get your medication from
us. Example: a ceftriaxone shot for gonorrhea treatment.

RAPID TEST

Rapid tests can be done in our office, and results can be obtained in 30
minutes. They are FDA-approved and as accurate as lab tests.

 * Rapid HIV test* - $65(credit) or $60(cash)
 * Rapid Chlamydia and Gonorrhea* (combo test) - $120
 * Rapid Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, and Trichomoniasis tests*(combo test)-$180

*No office visit fee applied if you are getting the Rapid tests alone and no
consultation is necessary.


LAB TESTS THAT CAN BE PAID FOR PRIVATELY.

Tests that can be paid for in our office — no bills will be sent to your home.
The lab will do the following tests with results in 2 business days.

 * Syphilis – $50
 * Chlamydia and Gonorrhea (both) – $120
 * HIV – $60
 * Herpes (1 and 2) – $70
 * Or full panel STD tests – $220 (all of the above tests included)

For all lab tests, the office fee is $90 credit ($84 cash).


LAB TESTS THAT THE LAB WILL BILL

You can’t pay for the tests below in our office. You will get a bill from the
lab and will need to pay the lab directly.

The lab will do the following tests with results in 3-5 business days.
