cidermaking demands respect and deserves to be done right. Starting with the
highest quality, whole ingredients from local farms, we take no shortcuts in
crafting our ciders. Over the years our company has retained these core values
to branch out into different segments within the alcohol beverage space to
become a premium total beverage company. Our goal is to create the best craft
beverages on the market and continue to develop and evolve the beverage space in
innovative new ways.

Made from 100% fresh-pressed Northwest apples, sourced exclusively from local
Oregon & Washington farms, as well as other whole, locally harvested
agricultural ingredients.

Our cider is always slow fermented at cold temperatures. This time intensive
process retains the natural character and delicate aromatics of the apples,
eliminating the need for additives, which plainly fall short.

HOW CIDER
IS MADE

ORCHARDING
Through partnerships with local Northwest farmers, processors, and our own
heirloom orchard, we grow and source exclusively Pacific Northwest apples, which
are hand picked in late summer and fall.

PRESSING
Custom blends of different apple varieties are chosen based on acidity, sugar,
tannin and aroma profiles, and pressed into fresh apple juice.

FERMENTATION
Unfiltered, unpasteurized Northwest apple juice is pumped into temperature
controlled fermentation tanks. All our ciders are fermented at the 2 Towns
Ciderhouse production facility in Corvallis, Oregon.

STYLE AGING & DIRECTION
Tanks are cold crashed to arrest fermentation and settle out yeast. Depending on
the desired style, some ciders are gently filtered, left unfiltered, or racked
into barrels to age over time.

PACKAGING
Our cider is then bottled, canned, and kegged in our own facilities. Once packed
and ready, they're sent off to bottle shops, grocery stores, and your favorite
bars and restaurants.
