* WHICH VERSION OF CAPTURE ONE PRO IS LIVE AVAILABLE FOR?
To access Capture One Live, you need to be on one of the two latest releases
of Capture One Pro or the latest version of Capture One mobile.
Download the latest version of Capture One Pro here and take a look at the
App Store to download the latest version of Capture One mobile.
* WHAT ARE LIVE SESSIONS?
Live Sessions are the online collections you share with your collaborators or
clients using Capture One Live. On Capture One Pro for desktop, you always
have one free Live Session that lasts up to 24 hours. You can upgrade to
Capture One Live Unlimited for more benefits like sharing multiple
collections at the same time that can last up to a month and full reviewer
management. Capture One Live Unlimited is free on mobile for a limited time.
* DOES MY CLIENT NEED TO OWN CAPTURE ONE TO USE LIVE?
Your client does not need a license or subscription. They can access images
and collaborate with you using a link on any device connected to the web.
* WHERE CAN I FIND CAPTURE ONE LIVE?
You can start up Live by pressing on the Share online icon, which appears
automatically in your Tool Bar in Capture One Pro when working in a default
workspace. But if you’re working in a custom workspace, the icon will most
likely not show. You can see how to customize your Tool Bar here.
You can also directly share a new album online when creating it, or you can
right click on a collection and share online from there.
* HOW DO I GET THE LIVE UNLIMITED PLAN?
Capture One Live Unlimited is available as a monthly add-on subscription for
Capture One Pro. Go to Manage licenses in your account and add on Capture One
Live Unlimited.
Live Unlimited is currently free for a limited time on the mobile app.
Please note that you need to be on one of the two latest releases of Capture
One Pro or on the latest version of Capture One mobile in order to use Live.
* IS THERE A LIMIT ON THE NUMBER OF LIVE SESSIONS I CAN HAVE AND THE NUMBER OF
IMAGES I CAN SHARE?
With the free Capture One Live version, you can always share a Live Session
online. The Unlimited Live Plan allows you to create as many Live Sessions as
you want simultaneously and gives you access to many more features. See the
table above.
There is no limit to the number of images that you can share. However, we
reserve the right to pause the service in case of unfair usage.
* HOW LONG IS LIVE UNLIMITED FREE ON MOBILE?
Live Unlimited on mobile is currently free to give you the chance to try out
its full potential. This is just for a limited time, so we’ll let you know
when that changes.
