Key Aspects of the Role: * Manage and support Windows 11 operating systems. * Ensure the infrastructure is up to date with the latest OS levels. * Manage BIOS and Driver updates through WUfB. * Focus on security, performance, and stability. * Test new hardware for OS compatibility. Responsibilities: * Administer and troubleshoot Windows 11 systems. * Update and maintain BIOS and drivers. * Participate in innovative DevOps projects through Agile Release Trains (ART). What you bring * Extensive experience with Windows Operating Systems, particularly Windows 11. * In-depth knowledge of BIOS and driver updates for major hardware brands (e.g., Dell, Lenovo, Microsoft, HP). * Proven expertise in device management using Intune. * Advanced proficiency with Windows Update for Business. * Hands-on experience with hardware provisioning through Intune Autopilot. * Strong skills in DevOps and Agile Release Trains (ART). A minimum of 5 years of in-depth experience with Windows OS and update scenarios is required, as well as at least 3 years of experience with Azure Active Directory (AAD) and Intune, focusing on provisioning.
