Firstly, the onboarding. It was quick, friendly and personalised. The tool is
easy to use and the team adopted it very quickly. Now I have a global view of
what everyone should be doing at what time and we have already been able to make
some improvements and plug some gaps thanks to the visibility that Surfboard
gives us. I also tried to forecast using spreadsheets for a long time and it was
big headache. Surfboard makes it super simple.

I used to use Assembled and Tymeshift and found both of them too bloated and
hard to navigate. I managed to create my plans in Surfboard in less than an hour
and get up and running in the same week. My team finds it motivating and has a
clear view on what they need to be working on and what others are working on
