The teams found them confusing and our adherence was very poor. Surfboard allows us to prepare schedules really easily and provides a clear, user friendly interface for agents. When you want to make updates or create new schedules everything works the way it's supposed to. On top of this, the service you receive is hands down some of the best you'll ever see. From the sales process and learning about Surfboard through the onboarding they conduct with you and your team, you are in great hands with a partner who will make sure you succeed. BenDrift Firstly, the onboarding. It was quick, friendly and personalised. The tool is easy to use and the team adopted it very quickly. Now I have a global view of what everyone should be doing at what time and we have already been able to make some improvements and plug some gaps thanks to the visibility that Surfboard gives us. I also tried to forecast using spreadsheets for a long time and it was big headache. Surfboard makes it super simple. ChrisKlaus I used to use Assembled and Tymeshift and found both of them too bloated and hard to navigate. I managed to create my plans in Surfboard in less than an hour and get up and running in the same week. My team finds it motivating and has a clear view on what they need to be working on and what others are working on because fairness is important to them. I'm glad I've finally found a WFM built for the modern age. SalmanCS A must have for any CX team! Revolutionary tool on the market. Surfboard is very easy to use, intuitive and so customisable.
