Great heat or ice therapy for any ankle or foot injuries. I ordered this 360°
ankle ice pack, as I have a similar ice sleeve pack for my knee, and absolutely
love it! My husband has issues with his ankle due to workout injuries, and isn’t
great about icing his ankle because of the typical inconvenience. That being
said, this product is exactly what we needed! Simply keep your ankle gel cold
pack in the freezer, pull out and slide on for instant relief. Not only is this
ice sleeve incredibly easy to use, it is also SO convenient. It works great, and
stays in place. The ice pack is made of a silicon material that is smooth to the
touch, and feels wonderful on. Being able to “wear” this ankle ice pack is so
convenient. Having an ankle ice pack ready to use at all times is life changing.
As soon as you’re done icing, simply toss this back in the freezer for the next
use. You are also able to use this same gel therapy sleeve for heat therapy as
well, which is just another added bonus. All in all, I would highly recommend
this product!

Had this for a month. So far, so good. Not sure at this point of the benefits,
but it sure does buffer lactic acid for a better workout. Just figured out it
does need to be plugged in to generate hydrogenated water. In the process of
figuring out how many times I can get hydrogenated water on a single charge.
