 * Can you help me move from Mailchimp?
   
   
   Export your contacts then import to Sensorpro with our import wizard. We'll
   keep any opt-out status for GDPR. 
   
   
   
   Send us the email templates you would like to keep and we'll pop them into
   your Sensorpro account for you.

 * What payment methods do you accept?
   
   
   We accept Paypal and Stripe. 

 * My data must stay in the EU, can you do that?
   
   
   All our servers are based in Dublin, Ireland. Your data never leaves the EU.
   If you need a DPA agreement, please email support .

 * I am in the US, can I use your service?
   
   
   ShoppersVoice, Nissan USA and Battery Point Capital love using Sensorpro.

 * We use Shopify, can you help us move from Klaviyo?
   
   
   When you install our app from Shopify all your contacts are automatically
   available in Sensorpro. No need to do a thing there!
   
   
   
   For flows, send us the ones you need to keep and we will convert them for
   you. PS No expensive consultants required.
   
   
   
   And for the email templates you would like to keep, we'll move them into your
   Sensorpro account for free.

 * What's the issue with Sendgrid, exactly?
   
   
   The issue with Sendgrid is that they have no EU servers. So when using a
   service that is using Sendgrid, you are exporting your list to the US.
   
   
   
   The Schrems II ruling found that this violates GDPR and the website owner,
   not Sendgrid, are liable.

 * Do I need technical experts to use this?
   
   
   No coding skills are required to use Sensorpro. With dozens of templates and
   80+ design blocks to chose from, your email will look stunning in minutes. 

 * My email is landing in the junk folder, can you help me?
   
   
   First check your setup using our free tool . If everything looks OK, send an
   email to emailgeeks@sensorpro.eu using your current provider (not a forward).
   Then let us know via chat and we'll check it out for you.

 * We code our own emails though?
   
   
   No problem. Many clients use external tools like Parcel or hand-coded HTML
   email. Simple as pasting the code into the editor!

 * Can you support Do not Track?
   
   
   Most email vendors include a unique tracking pixel with each email that shows
   if the email was opened or not. And tracking code is used for links so
   marketers can see click metrics for each subscriber.
   
   
   
   In Sensorpro each of these can be switched off.
   
   
   
   And we provide a way to include Do not track in your signup form for each
   subscriber.

 * I send 1M emails a day, is this for me?
   
   
   Whether a small business or sending 1M emails a day, our robust
   infrastructure has the scale and capacity to handle large volumes.

 * Can I use my own SMTP server?
   
   
   Yes. You can configure the app to send via any SMTP Server like Sendgrid,
   Postmark and Mailgun.
   
   In addition we offer a Relay option that can use our sending infrastructure
   to send email.
   
   We also support Transactional email services. 

 * Do you have Signup forms?
   
   
   Yes we have signup forms that work with most frameworks like Bootstrap and
   Wordpress.
   
   Signup forms include double opt in with retry, tag contact & welcome emails.
   
   Tags are useful because you can sgement by them later.
   
   
   
   You can have as many signup forms as you like and each form can have their
   own welcome email. 
   
   
   
   For example, if needing a signup form just for an event, the welcome email
   can be just about that event & you can tag contacts just for the event too.

 * Do have an API or Webhook?
   
   
   Yes, all functions in Sensorpro have an API endpoint.
   
   Adding a contact, creating a campaign or sending a transactional email would
   be the more popular endpoints.
