PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING STUDIO

ABOUT ME

I am a advanced personal trainer with a qualification in nutrition for sports
and exercise but more importantly with many years of experience in commercial
gyms, working with an array of clients.

 

I am confident I will deliver results and at the same time instil the knowledge
into my clients to maintain results post programme.

 

This is a private studio that focuses on YOU and YOUR needs. We will work
together to create a plan that is tailored to YOU, taking your lifestyle and
goals into consideration.





NITROGYM was born for two reasons:



1. To provide a safe environment for those who wish to make the lifestyle change
to get into gym but lack of confidence to do this in a commercial gym setting.
However over the course of the programme this will allow clients to build
confidence and gain results at the same time.



2.  Gyms are more popular than ever, resulting in a shortage of gym equipment
during peak times. At NITROGYM as it is a private gym there is access to premium
equipment at ALL times.

1 : 1 PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS

1 to 1 personal training

I am able to solely focus on you alone and assess what programme is best suited
to YOU and YOUR lifestyle.



 





2:1 PERSONAL TRAINING

Have the benefit of having someone else to help keep you motivated in and out of
the gym be it a competitive edge or just someone who can make the experience
more enjoyable. Desirable if you have someone with a similar goal and are both
driven to get results. 



ONLINE PERSOANL TAINING

This is the most affordable option. This will include my own app where we are
able to set habits, track workouts and nutrition and much more. I also provide a
hybrid option in you live in the surrounding area, where you will come to the
studio once every 2 weeks to take measurements and to address any issues
regarding exercise.


THE GYM

I have created an environment with everything that you could need to deliver a
complete training program.

All the equipment is state of the art. Dumbbells up to 50kg and over 400kg in
plates.
