Sealevel’s engineering team designs technology to perform in the most extreme
environments – implementing strategies to combat cold, heat, shock, vibration,
and more. From intentional component selection and strategic placement, to
enclosures that dissipate heat even without fans in place, our team is up for
your challenge.

And once design is complete, the fun really begins. The first test involves
Automated Optical Inspection (AOI ) to detect any defects and ensure components
are precisely placed according to specifications. After assembly, we use a
variety of on-site technology to test devices including vibration tables, shock
chambers, and thermal chambers.
