Trick-Or-Treat Early Saver Sale
Early Saver fare is subject to availability and is capacity controlled. $50 per
person deposit is applicable to 2-9 day sailings (Excluding all Europe, Alaska,
Vista, Horizon, Panorama, Celebration, and Mardi Gras sailings). $149 per person
deposit is applicable to Vista, Horizon, Panorama, Celebration, and Mardi Gras
sailings. $199 per person deposit is applicable to 10+ day, all Europe, and
Alaska sailings. Deposit is non-refundable, applicable to sailings outside of
final payment due date, and is valid for all ships, stateroom types, and sail
dates. Changes made to the reservation may result in the assessment of
cancellation penalties or service fees. Full names are required for each guest.
Carnival reserves the right to withdraw and/or change offer at any time without
prior notice. Price Protection applies to the cruise fare only and does not
include Taxes, Fees and Port Expenses. Taxes, Fees and Port Expenses range from
$63.14 to $427.64, and are assessed on a per guest basis for all guests
according to the itinerary. Early Saver fare is backed by a unique price
protection policy (only available to bookings made in USD currency) that allows
you to adjust your cruise fare to the best available fare for a like category
stateroom (no downgrades allowed) advertised by Carnival and available to the
general public. Price protection will be subject to the prevailing Taxes, Fees
and Port Expenses and/or fuel supplement if applicable. Carnival will honor your
request for price protection if the reduction on the total amount paid for your
booking results only from a lower cruise fare and not from the booked ancillary
services, such as air, transfers, pre-paid gratuities, or Taxes, Fees and Port
Expenses. The guest is responsible for increases to ancillary services such as
air, resulting from changes to ship and/or sail date, or adjustments to cruise
fare. Early Saver price protection does not apply to group rates, membership
programs, charters, select promotional fares, travel agent rebates, or other
travel agent promotions not offered by Carnival to the general public. When
re-pricing to a new promotion, guest assumes all terms and conditions of the new
promotion and may forfeit any or all features associated with the original fare,
such as cabin assignment, onboard credit, an upgrade, special deposit and
payment terms, etc. A $50 change fee per guest will be assessed for ship and/or
sail date changes made prior to final payment due date. Remaining funds are
nonrefundable/nontransferable and will be held as a future cruise credit (FCC).
FCC issued in USD & must be used to book a new cruise within 12 months of cancel
date. Guest may select their stateroom. Offer applies to new bookings made
between October 25, 2021 and November 1, 2021. Bookings made as part of a group

basis and according to the itinerary. Guest may select the stateroom, but a
minimum purchase of category 4A is required. Upgrades are automatically assigned
at the time of booking and are based on availability in like to like categories

Carnival reserves the right to assess a change fee according to the date of the
request, the length of the cruise, and the actual cruise sail date. Cancellation

LOWEST PRICE GUARANTEE
The Lowest Price Guarantee applies to the cruise fare only. The Lowest Price
Guarantee protection will not apply to prevailing Taxes, Fees & Port Expenses.
Lower rates must be publicly advertised fares available to the general public
and exclude group rates, membership programs, charters or other Travel Agent
promotions not offered by Carnival to the general public, including but not
limited to travel agent rebates. To submit a Lowest Price Guarantee claim, visit
carnival.com online and complete all the information required on the Lowest
Price Guarantee claim form. You will be asked to provide the lower rate amount
and where the rate can be found. Lower rate must: i) be for the same ship, sail
date, stateroom category and number of guests; and ii) be available for booking
at the time Carnival reviews your completed Lowest Price Guarantee claim form.
All Lowest Price Guarantee claim forms must be submitted online within 48 hours
of booking your cruise and verified by Carnival in order to qualify for the
onboard credit. The onboard credit is non-refundable, non-transferable and has
no cash value. Any unused portion of the onboard credit will be forfeited.
Lowest Price Guarantee program may be discontinued or changed at any time. Offer
is not available on Carnival Australia sailings. For cruises visiting Cuba: (1)
cost of required visa ($75 per person) is additional and will be applied to the
onboard Sail * Sign account; and (2) passports are required.

SHORE EXCURSIONS - BEST PRICE GUARANTEE
In order to be eligible to receive the Best Price Guarantee, you must (1)
reserve the applicable shore excursion(s) prior to the commencement of your
cruise; and (2) complete and submit an online Shore Excursion Best Price
Guarantee claim form at least seven (7) days prior to the commencement of your
cruise. Shore Excursion Best Price Guarantee claim forms can be found at
http://www.carnival.com/request-forms/shore-excursion-best-price-guarantee.aspx.
Failure to meet any of the following conditions will result in your claim form
being rejected. ® Carnival Cruise Line will review your claim within two (2)
business days. Lower rate must be publicly advertised and available to the
general public at the time your claim is filed, as determined by Carnival Cruise
Line personnel. Rates offered on membership program websites, corporate
discounts or rates; group, charter, rewards program, incentive, meeting,
convention, consolidator or interline prices; prices obtained via auction or
similar process; or prices available only by using a coupon or other promotion
not offered to the general public are ineligible. The Best Price Guarantee is
available only for exact shore excursion matches, for example, duration of the
shore excursion, transportation fees, and the exact same dates of the shore
excursion as booked through Carnival Cruise Line. The Best Price Guarantee is
not available for shore excursions booked through any third-party where
excursion details are unknown until after purchase. If your claim meets these
requirements, Carnival Cruise Line will issue a non-refundable onboard credit
worth 110% of the price difference. An email confirming the outcome of the
request will be sent to you. If you cancel your excursion, your onboard credit
will also be cancelled. The onboard credit is nonrefundable, non-transferable,
and has no cash value. The onboard credit must be used during the applicable
cruise. Any unused portion of the onboard credit will be forfeited. Carnival
Cruise Line reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or discontinue
the Shore Excursion Best Price Guarantee or to restrict its availability to any
person, at any time, for any or no reason, and without prior notice or liability
to you. The terms that are in effect at the time of your booking will determine
your eligibility under the Shore Excursion Best Price Guarantee. No change in
the Shore Excursion Best Price Guarantee will affect any coupon that has already
been issued to you. The failure by Carnival Cruise Line to enforce any provision
of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
SPA – SAVE UP TO 20% OFFER
Spa, “save up to 20% offer” includes discount pricing that has already been
applied to the final pricing showed. Discount level may vary based on time
selected for spa booking and availability. Discount offer may be used in
combination with other offers. Discount does not include taxes and fees that may
be levied. The failure by Carnival Cruise Line to enforce any provision of these
Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Carnival
Cruise Line reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or discontinue
the spa discount or to restrict its availability to any person, at any time, for
any or no reason, and without prior notice or liability to you.
SHORE EXCURSIONS - 48 HOUR AFTER BOOKING OFFER (20%, 10%, 15%, 5% OFFERS)
In order to be eligible to receive the coupon offer for this promotion, you must
(1) reserve the applicable shore excursion prior to the commencement of your
cruise; and (2) the order must be placed with 48 hours of booking your cruise.
This offer is not available for any tours occurring in Alaska, Cuba or Hawaii.
If you cancel your excursion 24 hours prior to sailing, a refund will be issued
to the originating credit card. If you cancel your excursion onboard, an onboard
credit will be issued. The onboard credit is nonrefundable, non-transferable,
and has no cash value. The terms that are in effect at the time of your booking
will determine your eligibility under the Shore Excursion coupon offer. No
