FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 * What am I registering for?
   You are registering for the Official Lauren Daigle Tour Wallet Pass!
 * What exactly is a Lauren Daigle Tour Wallet Pass?
   A Lauren Daigle Tour Wallet Pass is a digital pass registrants can add to
   their Apple Wallet or Google Pay depending on the device. If you qualify for
   select offers, they will be listed on your Wallet Pass prior to show day.  
 * When will I receive my Wallet Pass?
   
   Registrants will receive their Wallet Pass 24-48 hours after registration and
   replying "Y" to the SMS opt-in text, so be sure to check your text messages
   or email.
   
   If you have previously opted into text messages from AEG you may not receive
   this message, but your registration will still be complete.

 * Who qualifies for offers on the Wallet Pass?
   
   Fans who are registered for the show they’re attending AND added the Wallet
   Pass to their mobile device are qualified to be eligible for select offers.
   
   Krewe Pass Members (regardless of pass type) may be eligible for more
   exclusive surprises. Be sure to register below with the email address tied to
   your Krewe Pass account.
   
   If you are not yet a Krewe Pass, you can sign up here.

 * What kind of offers will I qualify for?
   There will be surprise offers at each of Lauren Daigle’s 2023 Kaleidoscope
   Tour stops. You will be notified beforehand if you qualify for these offers
   such as seat upgrades and more.
 * How will I receive my Wallet Pass offers?
   
   For iOS users: make sure to turn on "Automatic Updates" and "Allow
   Notifications" on the back of your pass. Also head to Settings →
   Notifications → Wallet and turn on "Allow Notifications" for offer
   notifications.
   
   For Android users: make sure to check your SMS for offer notifications!

 * Is the Lauren Daigle Tour Wallet Pass a ticket to the show?
   No, you still need your official ticket to enter the venue and attend the
   show.
 * If I’m attending multiple stops, do I have to register for each city?
   Yes! You will only receive one Wallet Pass but for us to send the correct
   offers, we need to know each city you’re going to attend.
 * What if I buy a ticket from someone else? Will I still receive my offers?
   If they have transferred the ticket to your account, you still have the
   possibility to receive surprise offers.
