Effective October 13, 2023, our office will no longer accept paper filings for
Notary applications, renewals, and stamp registrations.

The following applications can be electronically filed
at https://enterprise.sos.nm.gov/:

 * Notary Public Stamp Registration
 * Remote Online Notary Application
 * Name Change Application
 * Address Change Application
 * Request for Duplicate Certificate of Appointment

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Effective June 16, 2023, there will be changes to rule 12.9.3 NMAC Notarial
Procedures. These changes are made to comply with Senate Bill 246 – Chapter 110
