My friend Larry, from, was up for a small groups workshop at the church. He
brought one of his many books with him – Activate by Nelson Searcy and Kerrick
Thomas. Searcy and Thomas started a church called, which currently meets in
three locations in New York City. They came from Rick Warren’s church,
Saddleback, but their model is not really Purpose-Driven. It is primarily
relational, founded on small groups. The authors had a lot of observations about
small groups; and I thought a lot of them were also applicable to small churches
since they often have some of the same needs and benefits of small group
ministries. All in all, I found the book to be a practical guide to a different
way of using small groups.

constant values of 1.21 and 0.37 mM, and activation energy values of 26.8 and
13.6 kJ mol −1 were determined in the absence and in the presence of 0.2 mM Cu
2+, respectively.

The dissociation constant value for Cu 2+ binding to the enzyme was determined
to be 22.04 μM. The decrease of the apparent Michaelis constant (Km) and
activation energy values in the presence of Cu 2+ correlates well with its
activating effect on the acid phosphatase activity.

ACTIVATE OPTUS VISUAL VOICEMAIL: SOFTWARE FREE DOWNLOAD

How much longer until Optus supports Visual Voicemail. With the new iOs10 just
around the corner, with actual coversion to text as well as the play features
offered by Visual Voicemail, can this now PLEASE move to the top of your list?
From the looks of this forum, and 1000's of others, customers have been asking
for it, and pretty disappointed that Apple are stating that Optus supports
Visual Voicemail, when clearly it appears to be about the only Telco left that
doesn't. Visual Voicemail has been a feature available on Apple products for 9
years now. How much longer before Optus, decide that it might be a good idea???
You do realise that this is the same canned response, that Optus customers and
Yes Crowd contributors have been reading for over 4 years now?? What has to be
done for Optus to ACTUALLY OFFER this as a service.

40% of all mobile phones in the country are Apple devices - that's 40% of your
CUSTOMERS. 40% who cannot access this feature, even though it has been around
for 9 years 40% who will not be able to take advantage of the new and VERY
HEAVILY promoted, changes to iMessages in the new iOS 10 What does it actually
take to have this implimented? Well.I totally agree with you!

It would take technicians to setup a vvm(visual voicemail) server. Ive heard
somewhere that it isnt hard to setup. At the same time that takes manpower, it
can't be done robotically, which may cost money.money optus probablly havent
found nessesary to spend upon. Also this suggestion needs to go to the right
people that can make things happen!

Not just some random employee on here from another country:/ It's driving me
nuts too and i just hope this year it'll happen some time. I believe that all
the requests have been passed on, multiple times.

I also think that it is going to the right places, but it gets there and nothing

Windows 10 making it available late last year. Every telco knew that this was
coming. I'm sure the decision not to impliment it is based on the law of
averages. How many customers are currently paying $7 a month for voice to text.

If it's a small amount then perhaps Optus don't think it's worth the stretch to
initiate Voice to text. If there is a large amount, then maybe they want to keep
this income stream. Business is more than just keeping your current customers
happy. It's about converting non-customers to customers. When you have been used
to Visual Voicemail with the 2 other major telco's you can't go back to dial up
voicemail. What is seen cannot be unseen. When smartphone companies impliment
new features, advertise new features, promote features, and a phone company
doesn't support these features, it makes for very dissapointed customers.

Sure it's available, on every phone, just not for you, Optus customer. The
appropriate response should be, YES, we have seen that our customers have been
asking for this feature. YES we identify that voice to text is popular -
customers do not like having to dial their voicemail to receive
messages. YES have seen the popularity of this feature with Apple customers.
YES have seen that Android, Google, Windows (and even Blackberry - yes you read
that right, Blackberry) have identified this as a feature that customers have
been asking for, and have implemented it. YES we can see that we are lagging
behind when it comes to this feature, already avaliable to Telstra and Vodaphone
customers for years.

YES we can see that one of the new iOS 10 features that was heavily promoted in
it's release was the new voice to text function now available in the iMessages
update. YES it is on our list of things to do, as a priority. Hi - I feel your
pain. I've seen people use this service for years and it seems great.

Having said that, I think that there may be another reason behind the delays.
Not long after the service was announced and brought out by Telstra, a whole
stack of companies were sued by a group called ' who claimed to own the patent
on the technology.

Because Optus had not yet deployed it, they probably put the brakes on doing so.
If they hadn't, in particular *after* having been informed about the law suits,
they would have been liable for fairly significant penalties. So my guess is
it's not a technical issue. It's more likely an issue of cost and legal
problems. If they brought it in now it might not cost much to do it technically,
but the licensing cost may be quite high. That cost would need to be
bundled into the monthly plans, or provided as an add on cost (although it is
always possible that the licensing from our pals at Klausner Tech may require
the service provider to license ALL mobiles whether they use visual voicemail or
not).

I don't know for certain - it's all supposition on my part - but it's been so
long to come to us on Optus I have to think that it's more than a technical
issue or a desire by Optus to annoy their customers! Fingers crossed it does all
get sorted sooner rather than later, though.

damage and in complete working order. Any monthly usage cost up to the time you
port out will be payable. I am happy to credit your early termination fees and
when the handset is returned I will credit the separate charge of the handset

DOWNLOAD ACTIVATE DOOR VAULT 3 FREE

So, this pretty much is my first post related to modding, as I feel forced to
start learning how papyrus and generally CK works. After about 500+ hours and 4
characters, I came across this gross bug once again. In this case, I'm talking
about Vault 118, which, for some reason, makes you receive the quest ' Brain
Dead / DLC03_V118_Quest' from Pearl as a miscellaneous side-quest called '
DLC_V118_MiscObjectives'. So far so good. You may say now, that this is a
pre-quest working as introduction to the main side-quest, which usually casts
the main side-quest once the misc-quest is completed.

Fallout 3: Vault 101 Door Tunnel. PC Using the console command activate on the
Vault door or just using the ToggleCollision and simply walk through the door
will.

Yet, I want to show you the different stages: 10: Meet Pearl outside of Far
Harbor (DORMANT) - As for me, I didn't meet Pearl outside of Far Harbor, but
INSIDE of Far Harbor asking for help to Captain Avery. 15: Follow Pearl to the
Cliff's Edge Hotel (COMPLETED) - Works just fine and updates properly once
you've followed her. 20: Meet Pearl outside of the Cliff's Edge Hotel (DORMANT)
- Works also just fine, if you decide to meet her there instead of following and
do so. It's just an alternative decision. 30: Follow Pearl through the Cliff's
Edge Hotel (COMPLETED) - Works fine and updates once you follow her through the
hotel until you come to the Vault Control Panel in order to get in touch with
Maxwell.

40: Activate the Vault Door Controls (DISPLAYED) - And here's where the problem
initiates. So, mainly, just as for Vault 111, Vault 81, Vault 114, once
activating the controls (which you might be able to see working, if the
transparent cap above the button flips) it usually triggers the next action,
which in case of Vault 111 and 114 is the opening animation and for Vault 81 and
118 it's a conversation through the panel, before triggering the
opening-animation. Yet, this is what I found pretty confusing: 100: Read the
Request for Detective (DORMANT) - As for now, usually the quest ' Brain Dead'
should be triggered. But it does not.

It stays with DLC03_V118_MiscObjectives instead of switching the rails. And as
for my logics, usually it should be doing so, which can be seen here:. Since the
next stages are: 110: Investigate the Cliff's Edge Hotel (DORMANT) 200: Follow
Maxwell to the scene of the Murder (DORMANT). Unlike THIS is where it switches
rails, which would declare the quest path given on the Fallout 4 Wikia to be not
correct. The thing is mainly, that there are currently a bunch of posts stating
they've a 'fix' for this problematic.

A lot of them are about iFPSClamp being the main gamebreaker for Vault Doors.
Might be true or not, that's not even questionable at the moment. IFPSClamp
provides a way smoother gameplay, even though some might come up with
alternative solutions.

So, what's this 'fix' about? 1.) Delete iFPSClamp from your fallout4.ini 2.)
Create an entirely new character. For this is a 'fix', people must be having a
hard time, especially if you've been playing for more than 200 hours. I mean,
it's not like the most folks in fallout just rush quests. At least I don't.

So: Is it a fix? It's one of the worst workarounds actually, which might be only
applicable if you're stuck in Vault 111. And even then, it's the choice between
'Stuttering and working Vault Doors' or 'No-Stuttering and not being able to
even leave the first Vault'. So, let's get over to the next 'fix'. 1.) Use TCL,
glitch through the door and you may or may not have to use DumpInputEnableLayers
+ ResetInputEnableLayers # in order to reactivate VATS. But even then, this
doesn't work for Vault 81 and 118, since you've to trigger a conversation in
order to make it happen.

While for Vault 81 it's still possible to make it happen while using SetStage
and having 3 Fusion Cores on you, it's definitely not makeable for Vault 118.
So, is this a fix? It's also one crappy workaround. And here's where my TL;DR
comes: Wouldn't it just make sense to replace the Vault Control Panels by any
other activator? Even by one simple, stinky button-switch? I mean, you might be
even able - in order to preserve immersion - to set up some decorative stuff
looking like a speech box right besides the button. Please, correct me if I'm
wrong, but: Isn't the problem actually the Vault Control Panel which fails to
forward the decision of triggering the next stage / animation and NOT the door
itself?

apparently the only way to actually prevent Vault Door Controls / Vault Control
Panels from freezing (and by that, not being able to trigger the next scene /
action), is by removing the line iFPSClamp completely from fallout4.ini. First
of all: NO, you DO NOT have to make a new character and / or delete your old
one. Only at Vault 111 you'll have to re-create it, since you're already
spawning inside the cell. What's the fix?

1.) Remove the iFPSClamp-Line from your fallout4.ini and save it in order to
apply the changes 2.) After that, startup your game and load ANY save
BEFORE entering the cell where you've to interact with Vault Door Controls /
Vault Control Panels. E.G.: Before entering Vault 81's cave. Before entering the
subway station at Vault 114. Before taking the elevator to the cell where the
Vault Door from Vault 118 is. But, without iFPSClamp I keep having
microstuttering issues! In order to make sure that microstuttering doesn't keep
happening, just set the game to launch as Windowed and Borderless.

It actually doesn't even matter if you leave iPresentinterval on 1 or on 0 and
by that, forcing vsync using Nvidia Control Panel / Inspector or the AMD

I know this is an old thread, but I got this bug today and tracked down why it's
failing. After lot of debugging and opening ck, checking quest stages etc it's
because of this: 1. Quest DLC03DialogueV118 has alias named Receptionist. I'm
one of the people for whom iFPSClamp=60 is the only. Only solution to the
stuttering I see when sprinting.

Every few months since release I dust off this game and try to fix it but
nothing at all works.apart from clamping at 60. If someone would come along and
mod a fix for the vault door/terminal issue I think I might be the happiest
little vault dweller in existence.

I think I'm going to be left hanging until a Skyranger-1 type hero comes along
and does some script extender wizardry though •.
