How do I see my points?

All of your points and rewards are visible on the 'Creator Club' tab of your
account page. Log in to your account via the account icon in the top right
corner.

How do I spend my points?

Click on the reward you want to redeem in the Creator Club portal or use the
slider at checkout.

Can I use my points along with another discount code?

No. Your Creator Club points cannot be redeemed with other discounts.

Do my points expire?

Creator Club points expire after three years.

How are tiers calculated?

Tiers are based on total lifetime points and not current point value.

How can I connect with the Creator Club community?

Why didn’t I get my referral points?

In order to receive referral points, a person you have referred must use your
referral link and make a purchase of $1,000 or more.

Can I gain points for activities more than once?

Some activities you are able to do, some you are not. Under each activity there
is a terms & conditions button that explains in more detail!

Why can I not use the points from my recent purchase?

Points for purchases will become available for use 30 days after your purchase.

We can’t wait to see you there! A zoom link will be emailed to you prior to the

Will there be any changes to the program?

The Creator Club program including point system and available rewards is subject
to change.

What is covered in my warranty?

As of September 2018, CreateRoom™ will replace your merchandise against
manufacturer defects for up to two years. (Not including dings and chips that
could have been cause during assembly process)

24 month warranty (60 month for Roomie Tier) includes:

DreamBox, Side Tables, Sew Station (Excluding Lifter), DreamCart. (If purchased
after September 2018) 12 month warranty includes: -Her HobbyBox, SewStation
Lifter, accessories.
