Customer bears responsibility for resolving network security or firewall issues that may prevent student from connecting computer to the internet or to the Primavera virtual training environment via remote desktop connection. Unresolved network or connectivity issues do not create an exception to the cancellation or refund policy established by PPM Global Services, Inc. 4.
