   MR. SAM LAU
   
   CEO, MANAGING DIRECTOR
   
   Mr. Sam Lau worked as an investment analyst, investment manager, investment
   director, head of equity investment and CIO in various firms such as Barings
   Asset Management, Invesco Asia Ltd, HSBC Investment Management Ltd,
   BOCI-Prudential Asset Management Ltd, Ping An Asset Management Ltd, CICC
   Asset Management (HK) Ltd and GF Asset Management Ltd before founding Basis
   Asset Management Limited in 2020. Mr. Lau has over 35 years of investment and
   research experience with thorough market knowledge in the Greater China
   region.
   
    
   
   Mr. Lau is a CFA charter holder and graduated from CUHK with an MBA and
   University of Illinois (Urbana-Champaign) with a BSc in Computer Science and
   Mathematics.
   
    
   
   Mr. Lau received Top House in HK Equity (5-year risk-adjusted performance) –
   AsianInvestor Magazine Investment Performance Awards in 2004.
   
   
   MR. KYROS KELVIN CHAN
   
   CIO, MANAGING DIRECTOR
   
   Mr. Kyros Kelvin Chan has over 20 years of investment analysis experience and
   found Basis Asset Management in 2020. He was a Senior Portfolio Manager at GF
   Asset Management and managed market-neutral hedge funds. Worked as Head of
   Research at CICC AMHK for 4 years before joining GF Asset Management. He
   served as a senior analyst and Project Manager at Apex Capital Management
   with USD1bn AUM from 2006 to 2009.
   
    
   
   Prior to that, Mr. Chan was a TMT analyst at Lehman Brothers and the team
   ranked the best research team in II Survey in 2005 and 2006.
   
    
   
   Mr. Chan graduated from the University of Exeter with a Master's in Financial
   Management and received a BA in Accounting and Financial Management from the
   University of Sheffield.
