HOW DO I SIGN UP WITH MONEYMATCH?

You can sign up through our MoneyMatch Mobile App or MoneyMatch Transfer
Website.


After signing up, you are still required to verify your account by visiting our
office for a face-to-face verification. After your account is verified, you can
begin transacting on our platform!

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM AMOUNT I CAN TRANSFER USING MONEYMATCH?

As a regulated entity, we only execute transfers that fit within the following
limits set by Brunei Darussalam Central Bank (BDCB).


FOR PERSONAL ACCOUNTS

Daily limit: BND 10 - 5,000
Monthly limit: BND 25,000


FOR BUSINESS ACCOUNTS

Daily limit: BND 10 - 50,000


HOW LONG WILL MY TRANSFER TAKE?

Once we have received your funds and all Compliance requirements are satistied,
it typically takes 1-2 working days to reach the recipient. The time it takes
depends on the currencies involved, bank holidays and weekends in both the
sending and receiving countries. Please note that we can only send or receive
your money during regular banking hours.

Orders with full payment and completed documentation placed after our
operational cut-off time (2pm) will be processed only the next working day.

IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION SAFE WITH MONEYMATCH?
