Yes! All Smartsheet Guru Elite sessions will be recorded for you to playback at
your leisure. Furthermore, you can ask questions about anything discussed in the
Smartsheet Guru Inner Circle.

WHY GROUP SESSIONS?

Group sessions allow each individual to learn from each other’s questions and
challenges.

WHAT IS THE SMARTSHEET GURU INNER CIRCLE?

The Smartsheet Guru Inner Circle is a community of Smarthseet Guru Elites
facilitaed by members of the Smarthseet Guru Crew. Feel free to ask any
questions about your Smartsheet challenges and projects. You’ll also have the
ability to read questions from other elites and learn from the answers given to
them.

Since it is staffed by the Smartsheet Guru Crew, you’ll be able to ask questions
and receive quality answers and guidance.

WHAT IS THE WEGRID DROPDOWN MANAGER?

The WeGrid Dropdown Manager is an add-on to help you keep dropdown lists up to
date from a central source in Smartsheet. This addresses a major painpoint of
many Smartsheet users, which is the ability to keep dropdown lists up to date
with a source of truth. The dropdown manager is provided as an annual
subscription and the following explains the benefit based on your elite account
type

INDIVIDUAL

Each individual Smartsheet Guru Elite will receive a subscription to the starter
tier, which allows you to update up to 5 dropdown columns. If more are needed,
upgrades are available at a discounted rate for members.

ENTERPRISE

A single subscription is provided for enterprise accounts with the following
tiers:
2-5 seats: Starter Tier (up to 5 target columns)
6 – 10 seats: Intermediate Tier (up to 50 target columns)
11+ seats: Advanced Tier (up to 200 target columns)

If more are needed, upgrades are available at a discounted rate for members.

HOW DO I GET ACCESS TO THE WEGRID DROPDOWN MANAGER?

Upon signing up for the Smartsheet Guru Elite you’ll be provided instructions on
how to claim your WeGrid dropdown manager subscription

SMARTSHEET GURU ELITE MEMBERSHIPS ARE MONTHLY, BUT THE WEGRID DROPDOWN MANAGER
IS ANNUAL. WHAT IF I CANCEL?

If you cancel, the remaining WeGrid dropdown manager subscription is yours until

WHAT IS SSFEATURES?

SSFeatures is a browser extension and adds a number of useful features that are
not currently native to Smartsheet. The list is continually growing, but at this
time, these are the highlights:

 * Create a PDF of a grouped Smartsheet Report which maintains all group
   headings and summaries in the PDF
 * Auto sort rows on a Smartsheet sheet
 * Spell checking in Smarthseet sheets and reports

HOW DO I GET ACCESS TO SSFEATURES?

Upon signing up for the Smartsheet Guru Elite you’ll be provided instructions on
how to claim your SSFeatures subscription.

WHAT IF I CANCEL?

We sure hope you don’t! But, if you do then you’ll lose access to the group
sessions, Smartsheet Guru Inner Circle, and SSFeatures.

As stated above, your WeGrid Dropdown Manager will remain active until it
expires, but you’ll be given the option to renew.
