TOP WORKPLACES FOR 2024 ANNOUNCED

The Blade’s 11th annual Top Workplaces awards have been announced.

Once again, The Blade partnered with Energage, an employee survey company, to
determine the winners.

The 2024 winners were Danberry Co. Realtors for large companies (300-plus
employees), Wood Haven Health Care for mid-size companies (75-299 employees),
and Christian Home Care for small companies (74 employees or fewer).

These awards recognize employers that are rated highly by their employees.
Energage administers a survey to employees, who decide whether a company culture
merits recognition.

There is no cost to participate in Top Workplaces and no obligation to purchase
any product or service. For 2024, 1,177 organizations were invited to survey
their employees, and 74 agreed to do so. Based on employee survey feedback, 58
earned recognition as Top Workplaces.
