     WONDERFUL STAY!
     
     My husband and I stayed for 4 nights and wish we had stayed longer. The
     view and the water were beautiful! A little seaweed as expect this time of
     year, but didn't prohibit us getting into the water.
     
     The hotel and our room was immaculate, and the service was impeccable. All
     of the staff went above and beyond to wait on us and help with any issue we
     may have had.
     
     There was a good choice of restaurants and all were excellent. We
     thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at the Hibachi grill at the Japanese
     restaurant ONO. The food at the Mexican restaurant and Polynesian
     restaurants was great as well. They had a wonderful breakfast buffet with
     an omelet station, which we visited every morning. We also enjoyed the
     pizza and taco stands by the pools. There was lots of wait staff around the
     pools to bring food and drinks as well. Sebastian did a great job on our
     drinks at the swim-up bar.
     
     Karla at the front desk was a great help checking in and exchanging
     currently. Henry at the ceviche restaurant by the pool provided excellent
     service and Rogelio checked on us whenever he saw us around the hotel to
     see if we needed anything. Rose and Diego provided great service at the
     bell stand and called when our taxi was 30 minutes late arriving to take us
     to the airport, which was much appreciated!
     
     Concepcion gave me one of the best massages I have had in the hut on the
     beach with the sound of the waves. She kept me cool by putting a cloth
     rinsed in ice water on the back of my head/neck, which was wonderful!
     
     We spent our time in the large pool and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We
     hope to be back again soon!

     BETTER THAN EXPECTED!
     
     This is probably one of the only all-inclusive resorts that has been open
     less than a year and has almost everything together!!
     
     The property is clean, modern & gorgeous, safe, huge, and the service
     stands out like a luxury Marriott brand would. There are more than enough
     food options to include a beach restaurant and I really didn't have any
     horrible food experiences. Get the short rib for dinner st Hana-you won't
     regret it!
     
     There's a good pool area with pool servers and an adults only pool area
     (although right next to the family pool), and the decor is simple yet
     elegant in a lot of the areas. It has a lazy river, and plenty of lounge
     chairs.
     
     Entertainment is above average but I can see them adding to this aspect,
     especially for a resort in the Hotel Zone.
     
     And what matters most to me is the service. It was PHENOMENAL. The staff
     went above and beyond to take care of me during the stay and was so
     genuine!
     
     I will definitely return!

     MY SECOND HOME
     
     I was approached by an individual I met one day and his comment to me was
     as follows, “I don’t know you very well but seeing your face just being in
     the ocean and smile, just makes me feel good”. This is how I feel when I’m
     at staying here!
     
     I’ve frequented here about 25 times and just gets better every time. Their
     newly renovated hotel and added all inclusive has simply added to their
     excellence. I went this time for my honeymoon and my wife wanted to go
     elsewhere in the Caribbean as we stayed prior. I insisted as my knowledge
     of the hotel and all else - needless to say, she doesn’t want to stay
     anywhere else! Her tears of endearment upon our departure and the
     friendships we made cannot be duplicated!

     EXCELLENT PROPERTY, BETTER SPIRITS COULD BE ADDED TO THE MENU
     
     Beer and spirits offered at the pool side and lounge bars needs to be
     improved, for example there is one local beer option. Better international
     brands of Vodka, Bourbon and Gin to be added on the menu, Smirnoff for
     example is bottom of the barrel, similarly there are is only one American
     Whiskey on the menu. Gin & Beer offered is local and limited to one local
     brand. Bar Menu needs an upgrade!

     DON’T EXPECT TOO MUCH
     
     As a titanium elite member, we got a room upgrade as per entitlement but as
     far as anything else you can whistle, unless “we appreciate your loyalty”
     floats your boat. It did nothing for us. We made no use of the spa
     discounts which was on offer. Try your luck at one of the other AI resorts
     e.g. Majestic Elegance - perhaps the management team should experience it.

     10/10 was an amazing 5 days. From the moment we walked in we felt at home.

     LACK OF ENTERTAINMENT. NOT FOR FAMILY WITH KIDS.
     
     The food and service of the hotel is exceptional but it severely lacks
     entertainment in the evenings. For a hotel that markets itself as family
     friendly, a lack of evening entertainment makes for a boring stay. There is
     nothing to do once the pool bar is closed and the music is turned off. A
     solo musician is not enough to entertain children. Only on Wednesday night
     was there a show, during the Mexican dinner, which was delicious and fun.
     
     The resort also lacks lunch options. It’s very limited on what to eat

     GREAT VACATION FOR THE FAMILY
     
     We spent 5 nights here with our 4 year old. Staff and food was great. Shout
     out to the camp club staff, they made a welcoming environment and my son
     wanted to spend every minute of our vacation there with all the activities
