These microlearnings, developed in collaboration with Children’s Bureau, and

trafficking and safety planning.

BENEFITS AND SERVICES FOR FOREIGN NATIONAL MINORS WHO HAVE EXPERIENCED HUMAN
TRAFFICKING

Foreign national children in the United States may be eligible to apply for
benefits and services to the same extent as a refugee if they have experienced
human trafficking at any point in their life and in any country.
