We share the spirit of the original Agile manifesto, and have a fair amount of Scrum experience. We also know how harmful it can be when following Scrum becomes a goal in itself, and what motivates alternatives. If your team is happy and productive with Scrum, we'll definitely use it, but we have no passion for a process. We care about the quality of the solutions produced, commercial success, and customer satisfaction. 3. Dynamic We enjoy interacting with customers, founders, developers, sales people, account managers, and marketers.
