Make sure it is the right expansion slot for the card (see card description) 4.
Align the card with the expansion slot, and then gently but firmly, insert the
card. Make sure the card is seated and oriented correctly. Never insert the card
by force! Then connect the card with a screw to the rear panel of the computer
case. My PCI serial port shows no driver. Missing PCI Serial port driver. If so
you would need to identify what the card is and find the appropriate drivers.

On the manufacturer’s website, Drivers for windows 10 will be available when the
full version is released.


2 PORT SERIAL PCI CARD

Since the drivers are not available for the version of windows that you are
using, I suggest you to download the latest available drivers and install them
in compatibility mode.


LOW PROFILE SERIAL PCI CARD

Refer the steps to install a driver in compatibility mode:

 1. Rightclick on the setup file of the driver and select Properties.
 2. Select Compatibility Tab.
 3. Place a check mark next to Run this program in Compatibility mode and select
    the operating system accordingly from the drop down list.
 4. Let the driver to install and then check the functionality.

Check the Windows updates for any latest driver updates.

Check in Windows updates if any driver updates are available. If so, install the
same and check if it helps.

 * Press Windows Key + W on the keyboard.
 * Type Updates in the search bar and click on the icon Windows Update from the
   search result.
 * On the Windows Update window, click on the link: Check for updates from the
   left hand side of the window to receive a fresh list of updates.

If the updates are available, install all the updates listed there. Make sure
you install all the updates including the optional updates.
