 * WHY AM I HAVING TROUBLE LOGGING IN?
   
   There could be a few reasons you’re having trouble:
   • Your password is no longer valid or you’ve been locked out
   • You’re using the wrong details for the step you’re on, e.g. entering your
   memorable information instead of your password
   • You’ve forgotten your password
   
   Depending on the reason, you may need to reset your details
   
   


 * HOW CAN I RESET MY PASSWORD OR UNLOCK MY ACCOUNT?
   
   Select 'Forgotten your login details?' then follow the steps to reset your
   password.
   You’ll need to enter and confirm your new details, and select a phone number
   for us to call you on. You’ll then receive a call from our automated system.
   Follow the instructions and your password will be reset immediately.
   
   If you still can’t log in, please call our helpdesk on 0345 607 2271 ( +44
   1244 757 223 from outside the UK), 7am-11pm, 7 days a week.
   If you have a hearing or speech impairment, you can contact us using Text
