1. TELUS is the number 1 security provider in Canada based on number of
subscribers.
2. TELUS Custom Security business customers can receive up to a $500 discount
towards the cost of Custom Security Essentials equipment added to their
security order on a new 36 or 60 month term. In order to receive the full
$500 equipment discount, $5000 or more worth of equipment and installation
costs must be added to the order, otherwise equipment and installation costs
are reduced by 10%. Taxes will be applied after the discount is applied to
the order. Offer available to new TELUS Custom Security Services customers.
Offer valid until June 30, 2022, and subject to change or end without
notice.
3. Fire alarm signals are sent according to ULC’s required response time given
the severity of the event, site location, weather conditions, or any other
unforeseen circumstances. Past response times may not be representative of
future response times, and it can take much longer to respond.
4. Subject to referral sale completion. Offer valid for new TELUS Custom
Security Systems (“TCSS”) customers, who have not subscribed to TCSS
services in the past 90 days. TELUS reserves the right to end the Program or
change any of the terms at any time, without notice and without obligation

TCSS activations. If the referred customer successfully activates after your
referral, you will receive a digital prepaid credit card in the amount of
