ALI HAJOU

Ali is (as per 2022) the world's youngest SAFE Program Consultant Trainer
(SPCT), and an experienced trainer in various other Agile frameworks.
For over a decade Ali has been involved in finding Agile ways of working for
environments that do not directly jump to mind when talking about Agile.
Agile working has proven to be beneficial and is seeping into non-software
environements. Starting with applying Agile in the pharmaceutical industry
Ali has proven to be strong in contextualizing the principles of short cycled
development, early risk reduction, and building quality in for a more
predictable delivery of value. With that, the last years Ali supported
(hardware) engineering companies in finding their own (scaling) agile way of
working.
Ali is an excellent trainer that connects the context of it's participants
with the principles of the (scaled) agile Ways of Working. By providing
training, understanding and tweaking development processes, and coaching
people from different backgrounds.
TAKI TSAKLANOS
PRODUCT OWNER COE OF CONSUMER EXPERIENCE TECHNOLOGIES
Taki is a Lean thinking and even more a Lean practitioner. He lives and
breaths to learn fast, fail fast, scale fast.
After being Product Owner for a variety of products at Bose Corporation, he
is now responsible for the Center of Excellence of Consumer Experience
technologies
After 10 years of experience in digital transformation programs, he is an
achiever who finds himself passionate about realizing value with innovative
digital capabilities and organizing people and operations around this.
In that spirit we are very interested to see what opportunities Taki can see
of earth quaking technologies like ChatGPT.
MICHELLE SIAU
SENIOR AGILE TRANSFORMATION COACH AT ASML
Michelle guides organisations and the people within them to be able to do
their own transformation. When needed, mainly at the start, she takes the
lead and shows some basics, setup certain events needed to get more alignment
and autonomy and work together with the team of transformation and change
agents to tackle each issue as it pops up.
When your organisation is knowledgeable enough and exited to go on with the
change yourself, it's her queue to go.
Currently working as the Senior Agile Transformation Coach at ASML.
NILS OUD
AGILE TRANSITION COACH AT AGILEVISOR. CERTIFIED TRAINER AT SCRUM.ORG, THE
ICAGILE INSTITUTE, AND SAFE.
Nils is a higly experienced Agile Coach & Transformation Consultant within
AgileVisor, as well as a Certified Professional Trainer for Scrum.org, the
Scaled Agile Framework SAFe and the IC Agile Institute.
Nils 'comes from the business' and is therefore familiar with the typical
organizational dynamics. Especially in his prior roles as Agile Delivery
Manager and Tribe Lead.
Within this PO conference, I will facilitate the Open Space as it is intended
to be run. No short cuts; you will witness and learn how to properly
faciltate an Open Space and witness the richness and excitement that an Open
Space brings forward.

I am an experienced Product Owner with a strong focus on turning business
strategy into reality with a successful history of working in the Consumer
Electronics and the Food industry. I am also experienced in Digital
Transformations and have a track record of working and shaping successful
teams.
With a Masters in Operations Management MSc from Nottingham University
Business School. I am an avid podcast listener and lover of pretty much all
sports, especially football (or soccer for our friends in the Americas). I
take a lot of inspiration from successful sporting teams throughout history.
Currently I am missing the ability to travel to see my colleagues.

I took the lead in building up the Product Owner profession at Creamfinance.
I strongly believe in taking a practical approach next to sound theory.
Especially in a period that a company is going through its Agile
transformation, where an agile IT function works with a business that still
has to grasp the agile way of being and doing. After being with Creamfinance
for so many years, I find myself more and more reaching out to other
companies. To learn what works in their companies and to share what we are
doing in Creamfinance. This is one of the reasons why I started this Product
Owners platform. I am looking forward to meeting, sharing, and learning from
my colleague Product Owners out there!

I worked as a Product Owner at Sony Europe and Bose Global for some years,
even before I knew the name of such a role.
When Bose implemented an Agile way of working in 2015 I realized that my role
has a name: Product Owner.
With Bose, I transitioned from the scrum framework, towards tribes and a
portfolio of SAFe trains. My scope went from European to Global, which did
lead to wonderful memories and meeting across the globe.
Now that I travel less, I miss what I love most: meet and talk with people
that have a story. With this platform, I hope to meet Product Owners that
have good, inspiring stories.
