TYPES OF CARE


HOUSEHOLD TASKS

Simple tasks can become a hassle if the person is living with a disability. We
can help people with Household tasks on their NDIS plan.
Some of our services include: Vacuuming and mopping floors Kitchen cleaning


ASSISTANCE IN TRAVEL

Ascent support care assists you in traveling around the community. A
participant’s transport supports may also include the reasonable and necessary
costs of taxis or other private transport options for participants who are not
able to travel independently.


RESPITE (STA)

We provide short-term respite accommodation to help you and your caregivers.
This provides your caregivers a respite from their caring duties or allows them
to be unavailable for a short time.


GROUP/CENTER ACTIVITIES

Being a part of a group and having peers with whom you can socialise is a vital
aspect of maintaining a healthy social life. Just because you have a disability
doesn’t mean you can’t have fun. We help you to get involved in Group
Activities.


DAILY TASK/SHARED LIVING

At Ascent Support Care we can ensure that we’ll assist in providing you with a
plan for you to achieve living independently. One-to-one assistance with a carer
