FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

There are ten credit card information questions. Use tab to navigate to each
question and hit enter to receive the answer.
Will my card information change?

No, your card information will not change and you can continue to use your card.
We are simply changing processors. You will need to re-establish a few things
through BankCardCenter.net, so please continue reading these FAQs or scroll up
to review the Important Information and Improvement Highlights section. As
always, we’re available by phone at 800-445-9272.

Is my card number changing?

No. Your current card number will not change during this upgrade. Please note –
At the time of a card reissue, the primary cardholder will retain the existing
card number and other cardholders will receive a new, unique card number. In the
event your account needs a card replacement, due to loss or fraud, each customer
on the account will receive a new card number. All activity will appear on one
statement for billing purposes. Having separate card numbers will lessen future
inconvenience should one of your cards need to be replaced. This does not
pertain to business credit cards.

Is my card expiration date changing?

No. It will remain the same.

Will my payment due date change?

No. Your payment date will remain the same.

Can I still use EZCardInfo.com?

After all improvements are complete, access to this site will no longer be
available. Enjoy more functionality by accessing BankCardCenter.net to register
and manage your account. Please note that Internet Explorer browsers will not
support BankCardCenter.net.

Do I need to update any recurring payments from my card, such as utility bills?

No. Recurring payments you have set up will continue without interruption. This
is possible because your credit card information and number will not change
during this time of enhancement.

I had previously enrolled in credit card alerts; do I need to enroll again?

Yes. After improvements are complete, log in to BankCardCenter.net to set up
your alerts once again. Click the drop-down “I want to…”, select “Manage
Alerts.” Alerts are divided into the following categories: Transaction Activity
Alerts, Account Activity Alerts, and General Account Information Alerts.

Will the new credit card alerts be real-time?

Yes. Any transaction triggering one or more of the ‘rules’ you have in place,
will generate an alert to you immediately.

Where can I find past electronic statements after this upgrade?

All electronic statement copies are available on BankCardCenter.net until
improvements are finalized. If you foresee needing past statements for any
reason, we suggest you download them now. Statement requests after that date can
be made by calling 800-445-9272. Requests may be subject to a fee. This fee can
be found in your Cardholder Agreement.

How will I access my electronic statements going forward?

On BankCardCenter.net, access your statements by clicking the “I want to…” menu,
and choosing “View Statements” on the drop down.

How do I access my rewards after improvements are made?

merchandise, and travel.

Who can redeem points?

Only the primary accountholder may redeem points, unless the primary
accountholder appoints an authorized redeemer.

How can I add an authorized point redeemer?
