ABOUT ME,


My background is in fitness (certified trainer) / weight training and boxing. I
have been training since 1997, and participated in several national and
international fitness and physique/bodybuilding competitions.
Entered my first competion in 2005 and i am still an active athlete ( women
physique )!
I work as a model and fitness trainer, coached the National team of the
Netherlands in bikini, figure, physique and bodybuilding in 2012-2014.
