FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How can I order an e-bike?

You need to have an activation code from Lieferando to rent your own e-bike. On
this page, click “rent now” to start the rental process. In the rental form
enter the activation code. Please select when you would like to pick up the
e-bike. When you have finished the registration your product is reserved for
you. Don't be late to collect your bike on the selected pick up time. You decide
how long you like to rent your bike.

Where can I pick up and return my e-bike?

After you have arranged an appointment you pick up the vehicle at our workshop
at Marokkanergasse 7, 1030. You service and return your e-bike at Rögergasse
24-26/2, Lokal 4-6. When you return your e-bike, the vehicle should be in the
same condition as you have received it and fully charged.

When will I be billed?

You will not be billed.

How can I cancel my subscription

You can cancel your subscription in the GetHenry app.

I had an accident. What to do?

In case of an accident, the first thing is to make sure that you and all people
involved are okay and healthy. If it’s serious, please call the emergency or
police. In a next step you should inform our customer services as soon as
possible.

What to do if I need a repair?

Our service team takes care of repairs. You can book an appointment in our app.
General repairs and services are included in your subscription.
