Meals on Wheels delivers a wide range of reasonably priced nutritionally

SOCIAL SERVICES

Meals on Wheels offers a range of Social Support programs aimed at helping our
clients to remain engaged in their communities and to assist with everyday
living


VOLUNTEER

Our volunteers make a difference. If you enjoy being busy, having fun, meeting
new people, learning new skills and gaining work experience while helping others
and making a difference in the community then volunteering is for you


TOUSSAINTS CAFE

Come along and have lunch with us. We encourage healthy eating, good friendship
and conversation. Run by the community for the community. Find out more about

Meals on Wheels is the heart of the Bega Valley community. Meals on Wheels
represents more than just a meal – it’s about helping people, service with a
heart and communities coming together to support each other. It’s about trust,
respect and dignity.

Every day our service improves the lives of Bega Valley people. A friendly face,
a helping hand and a nourishing meal helps people to stay connected in their
community.

And it’s not just the clients who value this contact. Ask any of our 200+
volunteers and they will tell you that reaching out and making a difference in
someone else’s day makes their day too!

Our mission is to provide services in the Bega Valley that support older people,
people with a disability, their carers and the veteran community.  Call us on
