A shamanic study of movement and the medicine wheel. Please join us as we dance
under the full moon, honoring the 7 directions and 5 elements. As we move and
turn the wheel, we will embody the rhythms of the forces of nature and explore
various rituals in their honor: 

🌎we will ground our roots to feel the deep connection with Mother Earth,

🌬️ feel the lyrical freedom to fly like the wind,

🔥 become the chaos and transformation of fire, 

💦 embody the healing flow of sweet waters,

and

✨Feel the vast infinite stillness and space of ether.

Dance followed by sound healing and closing circle. Instruments welcome.

Solua dance gives gratitude to creator, mother earth, sacred ancestors, and to
the elementals, forests, bodies of water, and all the creatures, for holding us
in their rhythms. we thank the original guardians of the land we steward, the
seminole people, and all the elders and wisdom keepers who bless us by sharing
their knowledge, and allowing us to grow and help others. Our prayer is to move
humanity into the new era with love, grace, freedom and joy.
