Hello, my name is Deepansh!

I'm currently embarked on my cloud computing journey.

Looking forward to building more resilient, secure and highly scalable resources
and services in the cloud.


PROJECTS

THE MULTI-CLOUD RESUME CHALLENGE - AWS & GCP

 * Built a serverless web application using services such as AWS S3, and GCP
   Google Cloud Storage.
 * Implemented HTTPS using AWS Cloudfront and Google Cloud Load Balancer with
   SSL certificate using respective Certificate Managers.
 * Configured DNS using Amazon Route 53.
 * Implemented weighted round robin routing policy to distribute traffic between
   AWS and GCP by 50%.
 * Cached static content using AWS CloudFront and Google Cloud CDN.
 * Maintained codebase (JavaScript, HCL, Python) in GitHub repository.
 * Orchestrated a complete CI/CD pipeline across source control, build, package,
   and testing using GitHub Actions and Google Cloud Build & AWS CloudFront.
 * Implemented application visitors counter persisted in DynamoDB table and
   configured an AWS Lambda function to update it using Python.
 * (todo) Integrate unit tests and end-to-end tests (Cypress) into the pipeline.
 * (todo) Use Terraform to deploy the application.
   
   

GOOGLE CLOUD DEVOPS

 * Developed, containerized, and deployed a Flask application utilizing Docker
   (image stored in GCP Container Registry) and Kubernetes via Google Kubernetes
   Engine, enhancing application distribution and scalability.
 * Achieved significantly reduced runtime errors by ensuring uniformity across
   development, staging, and production environments, enhancing software
   reliability.
 * Devised a CI/CD pipeline with Google Cloud Build and GitHub, which allowed
   safe and efficient propagation of changes across distinct environments,
   driving overall operational efficiency.
 * Deployed to production and exposed Kubernetes endpoint via the load balancer
   IP.
