Argentex Mining Corporation (TSX-V: ATX; OTCBB: AGXM) is a junior mineral
resource company focusing on silver and gold discoveries in southern Argentina. 

The company maintains a large portfolio of early-stage, drill-ready and advanced
drill-stage mineral properties in the active Deseado Massif region of Santa
Cruz, Patagonia.  There are four active precious metal mines operating within
the mining-friendly province.  Among our holdings in Santa Cruz is the flagship
100%-owned Pinguino property, an exciting silver exploration project on which we
have completed 36,000+ meters of drilling to date.  Argentex is also actively
exploring its Cerro Contreras and Condor gold properties in Santa Cruz.

All of our properties are held 100% by the company and continue to be advanced
by our own Argentine geological team using innovative scientific exploration
methods in this region of excellent geological potential. 

In late 2010 we completed the single largest financing in our history. 
International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank, invested
$7.3 million in Argentex.  IFC currently holds a stake of approximately 19.5% in
Argentex. Over the course of two years, IFC explored the possibilities and risks
of blockchain with key influencers and experts in the digital financial world.
