WELCOME TO MY PERSONAL PHOTOGRAPHY WEB SITE

I have been taking photographs since July 2002 when I bought a Nikon Coolpix
4500 camera. I initially bought my camera for digiscoping but my interest in
photography quickly grew and I then bought a Canon digital SLR. I've been using
Canon Digital SLR's ever since.

This site started off as a place to store my photographs of British Birds but I
have since updated it to display a variety of my photographs. I no longer do any
digiscoping, but have updated my digiscoping animation page so that it can be
viewed without the discontinued Flash plugin.

I alter exposure and levels and adjust colour balance where required and then
sharpen and crop images. I do not manipulate images by adding or removing
objects or merging photos, as I like the photos to be as close as possible to
what was taken on the day.

I've re-created this website from scratch after neglecting it for a few years.
I'm taking this opportunity to completely replace the photos that were here
before and am in the process of uploading new photos.
