It was here that our pursuit of Scotch whisky perfection began in 1898 when our stills first produced the beautifully balanced single malt whisky at the heart of the Dewar’s blend. Enjoy our interactive exhibition and discover how we double age for extra smoothness. Afterwards, relax in our welcoming Café and Whisky Lounge and enjoy a whisky tasting from the John Dewar & Sons Fine Scotch Whisky Emporium or fill your own bottle from our hand-selected casks.
