As a key component of Sony's commitment to lawful and ethical behavior, Sony has
established the Sony Ethics & Compliance Hotline. This Hotline is a resource for
you to use to report concerns or make a request for guidance about possible
violations of the law or policy or workplace misconduct. This Hotline is staffed
by NAVEX Global, a specially trained, third-party representative. You should
come forward if you believe in good faith that an activity, policy, company
operation, or practice is or will likely be in violation of a law, regulation or
company policy, or if activities are being considered that might result in such
a violation. You will be treated fairly and respectfully. Sony will not tolerate
any form of retaliation against those who report in good faith.
