SUPPORT CO-ORDINATION

The staff at EITR can provide:

 * Support Connection
 * Support Coordination
 * Specialist Support Coordination

Our support coordination service is intended to strengthen a participant’s
abilities to coordinate and implement supports and participate more fully in the
community.

Our support coordinator can connect the participant with the most appropriate
providers or specialists to meet their particular needs, whilst maximising the
full value of their plan.  Our undertakings can assist with the budgeting and
planning around the participant’s allocated funds, resolving points of crisis,
helping to building their resilience, and strengthening their formal (paid) and
informal (unpaid) network, as well as changing of providers and any reasonable
contact required to the NDIA.
