JIRA - ILS V3.1 AND JAGILE V3 - NEW FEATURES

Dear Colleagues,

We are thrilled to announce the release of two new features aimed at
streamlining your Jira experience:

 * Enhanced Access Control
 * Bulk Issue Cancellation

These features will be made available this week (w/c 15th April) and are
designed to empower you with more control over sensitive data and save you
valuable time when managing multiple issues.
