Attentive and friendly support. No matter how obscure our question, the Support
Team had the answer and showed amazing diligence in sorting out any issues we
had. Contacting Zen was straightforward we never, in over 20 years, had to wait
more than a brief moment whether we were calling from London or via Skype from
overseas. This of course is probably owing to the robust quality of the software
in the first place (which therefore requires less support) but without doubt
also to the training and professionalism of the Support Team who answered all
questions immediately and solved issues every time.

Why am I not surprised that these guys have a 5 star rating. My law firm has
benefited immensely from their software but it is the support that stands out.
Mark McGuire in particular has the patience of a saint. I am using them as an
example to all my own team.. Great customer service is so rare these days. Keep

My company has ben using Zen Software's MDaemon email server for 8 years and it
has been efficient, effective and very easy to administer. We have recently
moved our emails from own server to Zen's hosted cloud service and it is working
just as well. The move was done at very short notice from me. I called their
sales line with my request and within a couple of hours I was sitting in front
of my old server watching their Technical Support man remotely move 8 years
worth of emails onto the new hosted server. The technician was very knowledgable
and explalned everything I needed to know in terms I could understand. The whole
operation was painless and achieved a seamless transition of our email service.

We are a Zen Software reseller and required assistance with a license for the
Backup Assist Multi Site Manager. I spoke to James via the online chat and he
had the license sorted in less than a minute. Excellent speedy service. Also
this new software is excellent for managing multiple backups as it draws all the
data into one easy-to-navigate portal. Ideal for us and is saving us serious man
